Sony launches bass-rich headphone, sporty earphone at starting price of 790/-

Continuing with its focus on capturing the Indian audio market, Sony India has announced two new headphones in the bass rich MDR-XB range and a earphone for the active audiophile.

The MDR-XB450 headphone is for those who enjoy listening to music with extra bass and has a frequency response of 5Hz-22000Hz. It also has a 30mm dynamic driver unit. The new metallic MDR-XB450 will be available in black, white, red, blue and yellow. The headphone also features a  slim, swivel folding style allowing for convenient storage. Price: Rs 2,190.

MDR-XB250 is also for those who listen to their music with rich bass and comes with the same 30mm dynamic driver unit as the MDR-X450 despite being cheaper. This one also has a flat serrated cord allowing a tangle-free experience. Price: rs 1,490.

The MDR-AS200 earphone is for who listen to music while engaging in sports. With a 13.5mm high sensitivity driver, the earphone comes at a very competitive price and is water resistant and sweat proof. It also comes with an adjustable ear loop and a flat serrated cord. Rs 790.
